About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global Publisher Operations organization, managing senior leaders and individual contributors to ensure scalable leadership and succession planning.
- Define the strategic vision and operating model for the function, translating company goals into multi-quarter plans and resource allocation.
- Drive publisher growth and revenue optimization through improved integration hygiene and account management best practices.
- Establish global operational standards, KPIs, and playbooks to ensure consistent quality across all regions.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical or operational issues involving key publisher accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for publisher needs and support product launches.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making within the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, publisher operations, or SSP operations.
- Proven experience leading large, globally distributed operations teams, including managing other managers and regional leaders.
- Deep understanding of publisher monetization strategies across display, video, CTV, app, and emerging channels.
- Strong technical knowledge of SSP operations, ad serving technologies, and integration hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer-centric strategies that drive revenue and strengthen partner relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and managing cultural nuances in a global organization.
- Data-driven approach to operational decision-making and process improvement.
