Senior Director Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the western Washington civic market to drive growth and profitability
• Manage new and existing client relationships and business development
• Oversee project management team, service delivery, and program management for the western Washington portfolio
• Manage financial aspects including margin levels, resource forecasts, and budgeting
• Recruit, mentor, and provide line management for project managers and support staff
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses for new clients and projects
• Implement process improvements for internal systems and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction A-E-C project management
• Proven experience in business development within construction consultancy, advisory, or real estate
• Demonstrated experience leading alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC)
• Strong knowledge of the local western Washington construction market
• Experience managing teams of project managers and support staff
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• DBIA certification
