Senior Director, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of high-performing cross-functional teams focusing on priorities, goal achievement, and resources
• Partner with the Program Team Leader to identify short, medium, and long-term team priorities
• Drive execution of the established Program vision and strategy for drug development
• Facilitate creation and maintenance of core program strategy documents including TPP, Clinical Development Plan, and Regulatory Strategy
• Ensure non-clinical, clinical, regulatory, and commercialization plans are aligned with the overall Program Strategy
• Maintain clear communication with Program Team, Senior Leadership, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and needs
• Partner with the Head of Program Management to evolve the Program Management discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry in drug development
• Experience with late-stage clinical development and commercial stage programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet, and PM collaboration tools
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to lead without direct authority in a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or MBA
• Experience with neuromuscular diseases
