Senior Director, Program & Change Management

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management, mentorship, and coaching to project managers
• Define project management competency models and performance expectations
• Establish agile and adaptable standards for project, program, and change management
• Own a holistic change management and communications roadmap across transformation workstreams
• Build strong working relationships across the WPP network and MFG team to ensure strategic alignment
• Partner with Talent, Operations, and Finance to align with business and people priorities
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across concurrent transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating at a Director level in a consulting or management consulting organization focused on transformation
• Expert level change management skills and understanding of various methodologies
• Expert process documentation, design, and optimization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage conflict and drive through conflicting priorities across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience coaching and mentoring Project, Program, and Change managers
• Ability to embrace AI, automation, and new technologies to improve processes
