Senior Director, Product Strategy & GTM Offers

Responsibilities

• Shape Fuelman's competitive strategy, GTM offer architecture, pricing, and product positioning.
• Build and maintain a rigorous competitive intelligence system to track competitor pricing, rebates, and product capabilities.
• Own the strategy and governance for GTM offers, including fee constructs, rebates, and promotional structures.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Risk to evaluate offer economics, margin tradeoffs, and revenue quality.
• Create core product narratives, segment-specific positioning, and differentiation to support Product Marketing and Sales.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Legal, and Service teams.
• Establish operating cadences for competitive reviews, pricing experiments, and sales feedback loops.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, pricing and packaging, or commercial strategy.
• Proven success shaping pricing, rebate structures, or monetization strategy in a commercially complex business.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort with margin tradeoffs and customer economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive memos and sales narratives.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple cross-functional departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B payments, fintech, fleet cards, commercial cards, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience in expense management, lending, merchant services, or procurement/AP automation.
