Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction across the Builder Solutions product portfolio
• Shape, lead, and execute the growth strategy and roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product leaders and managers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure customer and business value
• Ground product strategy in customer understanding, data, and operational realities, including AI adoption
• Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience
• At least 5 years of experience leading product teams
• Experience scaling existing products and building 0-1 products
• Experience in homebuilding, construction technology, or a closely adjacent domain
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale product areas
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate company objectives into executable strategies
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
