Senior Director, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product marketers responsible for positioning and messaging across Klaviyo Marketing, including AI and omnichannel automation
• Partner with Product Managers and GTM teams to shape the product roadmap, specifically regarding AI agent capabilities
• Establish Klaviyo as a thought leader in B2C marketing through strong strategic points of view
• Launch new features and products, including agentic AI capabilities
• Build core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement training
• Support Sales teams in strategic deals requiring deep product expertise and B2C customer understanding

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and coaching individual contributors
• Strong perspective on AI's impact on marketing workflows and buyer needs
• Proven ability to own a broad product portfolio and connect product features to customer value
• Demonstrated success in creating differentiated positioning and messaging in crowded markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketing automation software
• Experience marketing AI products or agentic software
