Senior Director, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution across hardware and software offerings
• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for target customer segments
• Drive go-to-market strategies and end-to-end product launches
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align priorities
• Equip sales teams with tools, content, and training to improve pipeline and win rates
• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing product marketing function
• Conduct competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Represent the company to analysts, press, and customers
• Leverage AI tools for research and content development

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with EV charging, cleantech, or adjacent energy markets
• Proven experience building and leading product marketing functions
• Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience driving measurable business outcomes like pipeline growth and win rates

• Experience leading GTM strategies across multiple segments
• Background in competitive intelligence and sales enablement
• Experience managing and developing product marketing teams
