Senior Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own a core product domain for Ventura OS, leading strategy and execution for areas such as discovery, personalization, or monetization
• Drive product strategy and roadmaps by translating high-level vision into prioritized initiatives
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept and definition through launch, measurement, and iteration
• Operate in a 0→1 environment, navigating ambiguity to build scalable solutions in a fast-moving setting
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, research, design, data science, and business teams
• Champion the customer experience by building intuitive and engaging consumer interfaces for streaming and TV
• Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to inform product direction and measure success
• Lead and mentor product managers to elevate product thinking and execution across the team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management
• Proven experience owning complex, consumer-facing, or platform products
• Strong platform and systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, extensible product systems
• Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineers on system architecture and tradeoffs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Deeply analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, undefined environments and create momentum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Connected TV (CTV) or OTT platforms
• Familiarity with digital media ecosystems
