About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & AI Platforms portfolio by owning end-to-end strategy, architecture, and execution for a scalable, AI-enabled data ecosystem.
- Define and drive the Data & AI platform strategy, translating business goals into roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes like adoption and revenue.
- Build and evolve core platform capabilities including data ingestion, pipelines (ETL/ELT), APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Identify and deliver AI use cases embedded into core workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI patterns.
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed organization of Product Managers and Engineering leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market execution and monetization strategies for data products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Engineering leadership, including managing technical teams.
- Proven experience owning multi-product SaaS or platform portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of data and analytics platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines.
- Practical experience applying AI/ML, LLM-based capabilities, RAG systems, and agentic AI in products.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data governance, semantic models, and real-time data integration patterns.
- Experience driving product growth, adoption, and monetization in a global enterprise environment.
