Senior Director, Product Management, Engineering 360

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering 360 team to optimize the Card developer experience through automation, tooling, and cloud-native architecture
• Own the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One’s Card Business
• Drive a continuous discovery process, optimizing for efficiency, quality, and user adoption
• Partner with product and technology leaders to deliver exceptional experiences for developers
• Build and lead a world-class team, instilling an outcome-oriented culture
• Design systems that ensure applications are well-managed while maximizing developer productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 7 years of Product Management experience
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business strategy and analysis into digital products
