Senior Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for defining product standards and practices to enable and cultivate future bank product leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create a playbook that equips product teams to deliver customer and business value
• Define and install product standards and practices to support an evolving business and customer landscape
• Influence enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product
• Drive organizational alignment and lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in Product Management
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• Deep understanding of the product ecosystem and strong technical acumen
• Proven experience with the product development lifecycle
