About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's product growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights
- Oversee the entire customer and user lifecycle from acquisition to monetization
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and positioning
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure successful product delivery
- Grow, manage, and mentor a team of product managers
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track performance and revenue growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or growth strategy
- Proven track record of driving growth and launching new products
- Expertise in product management methodologies and development lifecycles
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology-enabled products
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market trends into action
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing impactful teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
