Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap across Avo’s suite of products and platform infrastructure
  • Translate insights from customers, clinicians, sales, and the market into a clear product direction
  • Translate complex clinical use cases into actionable product requirements for engineering
  • Lead UI/UX design efforts to ensure intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric experiences
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure product efficacy at the bedside
  • Work with engineering leads to scope, sequence, and ship features
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams in the US and South Korea
  • Maintain perspective on emerging AI technologies and market trends
  • Contribute to sales cycles as a product authority
  • Mentor junior product team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role
  • Hands-on experience building or managing AI-powered product experiences
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
  • Experience working closely with engineering and clinical teams
  • Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company
  • Ability to work across US and Asia-Pacific time zones
  • Willingness to travel to Korea 2–3 times per year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical decision support
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS serving regulated industries
