Senior Director, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Procurement organization, managing strategies for Commercial, Corporate, Business Technology, Data & Insights, and Global Real Estate.
• Refine procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure global consistency and mitigate risk.
• Oversee the strategic direction and optimization of P2P and CLM systems including Coupa, Basware, and Ironclad.
• Manage global supplier negotiations and cost optimization across SaaS, HR, professional services, marketing, and travel.
• Lead and mentor a global procurement team of five people.
• Collaborate with Cloud Economics to align procurement strategies with cloud-related costs and budgets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a global environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS, MCIPS)
• Experience working within a public or global company
• Expertise in procurement systems (Coupa, Basware, Ironclad) and Financial ERPs (NetSuite, MS Dynamics)
• Proven track record in managing global procurement policies and large-scale SaaS negotiations

• Proven leadership in managing complex supplier relationships across multiple categories
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior leadership
• Ability to navigate fast-moving, dynamic environments
