About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the pricing transformation roadmap to shift pricing from an operational process to a strategic enterprise lever.
- Collaborate with Category leadership to co-develop and refine category-specific pricing strategies and actionable requirements.
- Drive and oversee strategic pricing initiatives with ownership of in-quarter execution and performance outcomes.
- Establish an operating cadence to monitor pricing performance using data, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
- Act as the primary interface between Category teams, Pricing Analytics, and Pricing Operations to ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead the development and rollout of scalable pricing frameworks and margin models.
- Develop executive-level pricing performance scorecards and translate insights into prioritized actions.
- Stand up cross-functional governance, including decision forums, standards, and change control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk operations, Category management, or commercial business management/analytics.
- Deep strategic pricing expertise and strong analytical acumen.
- Proficiency with AI and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Strong financial literacy and a clear P&L orientation.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation or change management programs.
- Experience with CPQ and pricing systems integration.
