Senior Director, Pharmacy Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale pharmacy benefit consulting engagements for complex North American clients
• Spearhead the development of new pharmacy approaches and next-generation solutions
• Drive revenue growth by serving as the pharmacy benefits expert in new client pursuits
• Manage PBM vendor procurement, negotiations, and financial/operational performance audits
• Design and execute innovative engagement strategies, including specialty drug management
• Partner with cross-functional teams in actuarial, analytics, and health equity to expand clinical offerings
• Mentor and manage other consultants within the pharmacy practice
• Contribute to WTW's market presence through conference speaking and industry writing

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and management of large group pharmacy benefit plans
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships
• State Life and Health license (required within 90 days of joining)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel as required

• Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven track record of leading global teams and strategic partnership development
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior management
