Senior Director, People Technology

Responsibilities

• Define the People tech architecture and a 12–24 month roadmap tied to headcount and geographic expansion
• Lead the HRIS evaluation, including vendor RFP, scoring, and commercial negotiation
• Manage the migration from data model design through to go-live, encoding job architecture into the system
• Own the integration layer between HRIS, ATS, e-signing, payroll, IdP/SSO, and finance/ERP systems
• Own People data definitions, taxonomy, quality standards, and audit trails
• Build self-service dashboards for managers and HRBPs to support workforce planning
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle events
• Set the AI strategy across the stack, including governance, bias testing, and compliance
• Manage data residency, GDPR, and multi-entity payroll and benefits integrations
• Oversee the vendor portfolio, including renewals, SLAs, and strategic relationships
• Hire and lead the People Tech function

Requirements

• Experience running a major HRIS migration during a period of rapid headcount scaling
• Proven track record of owning a People tech stack and making build-vs-buy decisions
• Expertise in People data, governance, and analytics
• Experience operating across multiple geographies and legal entities, including GDPR and multi-country payroll integrations
