Legora is redefining how legal work gets done with an AI-native workspace. Having scaled to $100M+ in ARR and serving over 1,000 customers globally, Legora is preparing for its next phase of growth from 600 to 1,500 employees.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding experience, content, logistics, and measurement across multiple time zones and legal entities
- Build and run the performance framework, defining expectations, feedback loops, and promotion/pay decision processes
- Own manager development by designing programs and infrastructure to support a rapidly growing management layer
- Lead the People program workstream for market expansion, including onboarding localization and policy adaptation
- Partner with People Tech on process design for the system and data layer
- Build the operating rhythm for the People function, including planning cycles and cross-functional touchpoints
Requirements
- Experience building People programs in a company scaling through a significant headcount inflection point
- Proven track record of designing onboarding and performance frameworks that scale
- Experience leading manager development at scale within a fast-growing tech company
- Experience supporting geographic expansion from a People perspective, including navigating new employment laws
- Ability to work at the intersection of People programs, People Tech, and HRBPs
- Proven team leadership track record managing and developing People professionals
