Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to therapy and ABA programs at the site
• Oversee site operations including therapy enrollment, staff management, and compliance
• Manage site budgets, including revenue, expenses, and payroll
• Lead daily huddles for priority setting and team support
• Oversee staff management including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with governing agencies and organizational audits
• Handle parent complaints and escalate as necessary
• Represent the site in organizational and clinical program meetings
• Assist with marketing events and community relationship building

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business data and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization
• Proficiency with computer software including databases and spreadsheets
• Ability to work with children (birth to age 21) and at-risk families

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a therapy or ABA related field
• Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related work
• Minimum three years of broad clinical experience
