Senior Director, Partnerships Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define and quantify business levers across the agent journey including sourcing, onboarding, and retention
• Establish a repeatable testing and measurement cadence for agent product features using experimentation and causal analysis
• Own core data foundations including commission calculations, debt resolution, and lifecycle attribution
• Set the vision for AI-powered analytics to automate insight generation and expand self-serve capabilities
• Lead and grow the analytics organization by setting high standards for hiring and performance
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and finance
• Support the direct-to-consumer annuities business with sales-funnel analytics and A/B testing

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics
• 5+ years of experience building and leading teams of managers and individual contributors
• Strong proficiency in SQL and business/product analytics
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and instrumentation
• Proven track record of managing data quality, taxonomies, and definitions at scale
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and technical partnership

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B2C experience analyzing performance across enterprise accounts, small businesses, and end consumers
• Background in Fintech, marketplaces, real estate tech, or insurance
