Senior Director, Partner Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of four Partner Sales Managers across AMER and LATAM
• Own partner-qualified lead (PQL) generation, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner-sourced revenue
• Build and execute territory-level partner strategies across key segments
• Own the partner-first field motion and operate as a commercial peer to VP Sales leadership
• Govern partner attach rates on new business opportunities to meet company objectives
• Support Partner Account Directors with Platinum-tier partners like Deloitte and Accenture
• Define the partner sales operating model, including territory mapping and rules of engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, Account Management, and Customer Success
• Utilize Salesforce, Crossbeam, Clari, and Looker for pipeline visibility and reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS
• 3-5 years at Director level or above with multi-regional revenue ownership
• Experience operating as a peer to VP-level Sales leadership
• Proven ability to activate partner value within direct sales deal cycles
• Experience with both SI/Delivery partners and Technology partners
• Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and partner sales record management
• Knowledge of MarTech or adjacent SaaS ecosystems preferred
• Experience with account mapping tools like Crossbeam
• Strong executive presence and ability to drive behavior change in Sales organizations
