Senior Director, Packaging

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Planning and Warehouse operation teams for the Mobile Production Center
• Oversee 3PL providers managing approximately 400 staff for packaging labor and warehouse services
• Develop and execute strategic 10-12 week production plans aligned with Sales team requirements
• Manage daily production, goods receipt, and ship-out plans, particularly during new model launches
• Collaborate with Global Manufacturing Center (GMC) and HQ teams to manage local packaging schedules
• Oversee bulk device and packaging material warehouse operations and inventory management
• Manage expanded operations including manufacturing postponement processes such as software downloads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Quality Control, Economics, or Finance
• 14+ years of related professional experience
• 8-10 years of experience leading managers across multiple departments and functions
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Proven experience working within a Fortune 500 matrix organization
• Strong ability to make strategic decisions and measure individual and team performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
• Global work experience
• Proficiency in Spanish
