About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full scope of the strategic relationship with Oracle, managing executive relations, business development, and joint go-to-market execution.
- Develop and maintain SVP/C-level relationships across Oracle's Commercial Cloud Applications, Fusion, OCI, and Partner organizations.
- Define and execute multi-pillar partnership strategies, including commercial negotiations, marketplace fee structures, and co-investment frameworks.
- Drive RingCentral's Oracle Marketplace presence and co-sell motion, including joint RFP inclusion and warm-introduction programs.
- Build and operate partner enablement programs for Oracle's sales teams and SI ecosystem, focusing on joint solution training and technical readiness.
- Lead and develop the Oracle Alliance team while serving as the internal subject-matter expert for the executive team and product roadmap.
- Establish joint pipeline governance, funnel tracking, and revenue attribution to ensure measurable partnership success.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances or business development.
- 7+ years of specific focus on the Oracle ecosystem (Fusion ERP/CX, OCI, or Oracle vertical programs).
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-party alliance agreements at the SVP/C-level.
- Deep understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX/EX technology.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at Oracle, a major Oracle-focused SI (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC), or a technology ISV with a significant Oracle Fusion/CX motion.
- Hands-on experience with SI/GSI channel management, including deal registration and co-implementation programs.
- Exposure to AI, LLM, or intelligent automation platforms applied to enterprise CX/EX or ERP/CRM augmentation.
- Experience with cloud marketplace commercialization and securing preferred partner or Diamond-tier designations.
