Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for a defined problem domain such as drug candidate evaluation or clinical trial execution
• Drive adoption of AI, including LLMs and agentic workflows, across your domain
• Design systems that domain experts and non-engineers can build on directly
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data science, and product
• Work as a strategic tech partner with clinical, regulatory, and business development leaders
• Guide data science and engineering approaches, including prediction pipelines and clinical strategies
• Maintain awareness of regulatory constraints and GxP requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech delivery with progressively broader scope
• Experience in life sciences (biotech, pharma, or related industry)
• Proven track record of leading product or technology strategy tied to business outcomes
• AI fluency with experience deploying LLM-based or agentic systems
• Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists on architecture and trade-offs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in early-stage or transformative environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle
• Experience working within regulatory constraints and scientific uncertainty
