Senior Director, OPRA

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative and operational functions for the OPRA Plan as the Managing Director.
• Act as a confidential agent and primary point of contact for OPRA Member Participants.
• Chair OPRA/Management Committee meetings and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Facilitate OPRA System management in coordination with the information processor.
• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for data subscribers and distributors.
• Manage strategic relationships with exchanges and industry participants.
• Serve as the primary contact for the SEC and other industry regulators.
• Oversee team members responsible for AP, AR, and GL functions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in financial market data and the derivatives industry.
• 10+ years of experience in people leadership and management.
• 10+ years of experience managing clients and external business relationships.
• 7+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies.
• Expert knowledge of market data principles, policies, and the equity/derivative trading industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence techniques and agents for analysis and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of financial applications such as Great Plains or Business Central.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Thorough knowledge of the Salesforce application.
