Senior Director, Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead European Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Program Implementation organizations
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from pre-sales through program launch and expansion
• Scale Card BIN delivery operations and standardize onboarding and lifecycle management
• Serve as the senior operational owner for European card network relationships (Visa, Mastercard)
• Drive alignment between Sales, Account Management, and technical delivery teams
• Translate market strategy into team structure, capacity models, and investment priorities

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading Solution Engineering, Delivery, or Customer Operations in payments or financial services
• 10+ years scaling large customer-facing operational organizations in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in issuer processing, program management, card networks, or BIN sponsorship models
• Proven track record in process design and operational transformation
• Experience building and developing high-performance leadership teams
