Senior Director, Operations FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for all functional areas
• Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to functional leaders to support short-term and long-term goals
• Provide actual-to-budget/forecast reporting, dashboards, and variance analyses to drive decision-making
• Partner with executive leadership to prepare materials for QBRs, Board meetings, and investor presentations
• Develop, scale, and improve financial models, processes, and key analytics
• Collaborate with the accounting group to ensure accurate month-end close and financial integrity
• Manage and cultivate a high-performance team, facilitating career development and professional growth

Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive professional finance experience
• 6+ years of supervisory and leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience managing budgets and forecasts for both P&L and Balance Sheet/Cash Flow
• Strong ability to influence and partner effectively with executive-level leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data simply

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience in a large-scale corporate finance environment
