Senior Director, Omnichannel Experience Solutions & Success

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the development and deployment of strategic digital products and solutions
• Act as a strategic partner to clients to activate organizational capabilities and drive additional services
• Lead the development and execution of the Sales & Marketing plan in partnership with commercial marketing
• Support new business pitch preparation and presentations
• Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council and customer engagements
• Partner with account, strategy, and PMO teams to define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Manage and allocate budgets and resources to maximize operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
• 18+ years of product leadership or management experience on digital products or technology-driven solutions
• 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management and Agile teams
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
