Senior Director of the Institute for Engagement, Mission & Impact

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the Institute for Engagement, Mission and Impact (EMI)
• Serve as the primary steward of mission integration, ensuring college values are embedded in campus life and student development
• Oversee the Center for Community and Civic Engagement, the Office of Student Opportunity, Access and Engagement, the Office of Global Engagement, and the Center for Global Understanding and Peacebuilding
• Lead relationship-building efforts with local nonprofit agencies and community partners
• Provide strategic oversight to the Bonner Leaders Program from recruitment through graduation
• Oversee the development of scaffolded program models for student dialogue, conflict resolution, and restorative practices
• Partner with Enrollment Management and Financial Aid to manage scholarship agreements and recruitment goals
• Engage in ongoing assessment of Institute programs and deliver progress reports to Senior Leadership
• Collaborate with faculty and academic departments to promote service-learning and global citizenship

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Valid US driver’s license held for at least three years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
