Senior Director of Software Engineering - Marketing Technology, ITC

Responsibilities

• Lead and build high-performing engineering teams to drive AI-native development and digital consumer engagement.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable technical roadmaps for mobile and cloud systems.
• Guide the delivery of software for a 100+ engineer team using modern DevOps, CI/CD, and spec-driven development practices.
• Co-create strategies for systems powering marketing insights, content supply chains, and external advertising ecosystems.
• Manage highly scalable and resilient systems capable of handling volatile workload patterns.
• Partner with Product and Business leaders to influence roadmaps and deliver consumer value.
• Develop technical roadmaps and communicate the value of technical investments through data and storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 18+ years of technology experience in digital innovation, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
• 6+ years of technology leadership experience, including managing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and serverless technologies at scale.
• Proven experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and deliver executive-level communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
