Senior Director of SMB Account Executives

Responsibilities

• Monitor team and subordinate SMB employee statistics
• Partner with the Director of Training to set up training for Account Executives and implement performance improvement strategies
• Ensure SMB Directors effectively assist subordinates in managing pipelines and exceeding sales goals
• Assist with the recruitment of additional personnel
• Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews with Directors
• Meet or exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive Area
• Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
• Ensure accurate forecasting is provided to the sales leadership team
• Provide recommendations regarding hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees

Requirements

• Proven experience running a sales organization or territory
• Experience managing a SaaS sales force or IT Security sales force
• Consistent track record of exceeding quotas
• Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Proficiency with web browsers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong coaching and motivational skills
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Passion for IT security
