Senior Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global retail strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across US and international markets
• Oversee key accounts including Ulta, Ulta MX, Mecca, and Sephora UK, with a primary focus on Ulta
• Own the retail channel P&L end-to-end, including sales/budget planning, forecasting, and promotional strategy
• Partner with Marketing on 360 launch plans to ensure flawless in-store and online execution
• Lead and evolve a high-performance team, including the Director of National Field Sales & Education
• Manage the Amazon business, including catalog strategy, brand protection, and content optimization
• Collaborate with Finance to develop annual budgets, targets, and 3-year global retail strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in prestige beauty with significant exposure to the industry
• Proven track record of scaling brands within Ulta, Ulta Mexico, Mecca, and Sephora UK
• Direct experience managing an Amazon business and driving profitable growth on the platform
• Extensive experience with P&L ownership and data-driven commercial decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
• Ability to travel approximately 30% as needed

• Target salary range of $165,000 to $185,000
