Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between the Convenience Retail Channel and other cross-functional departments
  • Analyze retail activity based on syndicated data and create recommendations for future programs
  • Collaborate with leadership and Account Managers to deliver analytics, performance insights, and planning tools
  • Prepare content, sales updates, and general business recaps for leadership
  • Provide bottler-formatted ship lists for force shipments and support supply planning for high-impact programs
  • Bridge initiatives between the Channel and Bottlers by aligning communication timelines and understanding specific procedures
  • Manage a high-performing team and develop strategies to enhance sales operations and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • More than 7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or Beverage
  • More than 7 years of experience in the Convenience Retail Channel
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and Outlook
