Senior Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Establish leads and partnerships to achieve room night goals across Groups, Corporate, Leisure, M.I.C.E, Airline, and Luxury Consortia segments
• Monitor sales production and adjust activities and account coverage to meet budget and forecast
• Develop annual sales department budgets and execute strategic sales programs
• Own and report on room revenue, RevPAR, market share (STR) index, and sales KPIs
• Recruit, train, and motivate Sales department personnel while building succession plans
• Participate in the development of Rolling Commercial Action plans and manage RFP seasons
• Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and F&B teams to align pricing and promotional strategies
• Jointly service key accounts, particularly within the Luxury segment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in hotel sales
• At least 3–4 years in a department head or senior sales leadership role managing a team
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth in the luxury or upscale hospitality sector
• Experience managing multiple market segments including Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Luxury Consortia
