Senior Director of Revenue/Revenue Controller

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the entire global revenue function, including technical accounting, CECL reserves, and revenue operations
• Ensure full compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 326 (CECL) under US GAAP
• Manage end-to-end revenue accounting in NetSuite ERP using Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Lead the Revenue Desk and Deals Desk functions, providing technical guidance to Sales and Legal on deal structuring
• Drive deep revenue analytics, including cohort analysis, ARR/MRR tracking, and bookings-to-revenue bridges
• Partner with IT to lead the strategic roadmap for revenue automation and AI adoption
• Develop and maintain global revenue accounting policies and mentor a world-class global team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required
• 12+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including Big 4 and public company leadership
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP, specifically for SaaS/technology business models
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Proven ability to research, draft, and defend complex technical accounting memos
• Experience leading global revenue close, deals desk, and external reporting
• Strong analytical skills and experience with AI tools for workflow automation
