We are a fast growing, dynamic business with a global customer base of more than 50,000 users and a team of over 220+ in the USA, Australia, UK, Canada and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the GTM Operating System by owning Salesforce architecture and lead management end-to-end
  • Drive AI-enabled revenue execution by embedding AI into daily workflows for prospecting, research, and enrichment
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and quota-setting processes
  • Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards for ARR growth, pipeline health, and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Manage and develop the Sales Operations Analyst

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and architecture experience
  • Proven track record of governing a modern GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, etc.)
  • Experience with territory modeling, quota design, and capacity planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vertical SaaS or legal tech experience
  • Experience with Agentic tooling (Agentforce, Claude, Clay)
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ tooling
  • Experience scaling Revenue Operations from $50M to $200M+ revenue
