Responsibilities
- Optimize the GTM Operating System by owning Salesforce architecture and lead management end-to-end
- Drive AI-enabled revenue execution by embedding AI into daily workflows for prospecting, research, and enrichment
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and quota-setting processes
- Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards for ARR growth, pipeline health, and retention
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Manage and develop the Sales Operations Analyst
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Deep Salesforce expertise and architecture experience
- Proven track record of governing a modern GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, etc.)
- Experience with territory modeling, quota design, and capacity planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Vertical SaaS or legal tech experience
- Experience with Agentic tooling (Agentforce, Claude, Clay)
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ tooling
- Experience scaling Revenue Operations from $50M to $200M+ revenue
