About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s system-wide Clinical Quality Management program, including annual work plans and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure organizational adherence to local, State, Federal, and PPFA accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Lead the internal Patient Safety and Quality Committee and collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer on strategic presentations
- Oversee clinical incident management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective action plans
- Develop and maintain policies for infection control, laboratory processes, and medication management
- Analyze patient experience data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery
- Conduct internal audits and support Department of Health (DOH) site visits and accreditation processes
- Serve as an internal consultant on regulatory standards, process improvement, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Master's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a Quality or Patient Safety program within a healthcare setting
- Strong data management, analysis, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HEDIS, incident reporting systems, and regulatory standards
- Proven project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting
- Previous experience in program oversight or senior leadership roles
- CPHQ certification
