Senior Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for managed AI platforms, including AI Compute, AI Control Plane, and Managed Operations Service
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer discovery, market analysis, and input from partners like NVIDIA and Cisco
• Translate enterprise customer pain points regarding governance, compliance, and cost into product capabilities
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch for hardware-software-services integrated offerings
• Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to define Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas
• Serve as an internal and external evangelist at customer briefings and industry forums
• Define and track key product KPIs including platform utilization, NPS, and revenue impact
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management function
• Synthesize market trends in enterprise AI infrastructure to inform long-term product bets

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive product management experience
• At least 4 years in a senior or lead PM role at an enterprise technology company
• Experience owning and shipping complex B2B products combining hardware, software, and services
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU compute, and model inference
• Proven ability to define product strategy and manage roadmaps
• Experience with enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, or managed services
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products in the AI infrastructure or GPU-accelerated computing space
• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, or NeMo
• Background with Ethernet networking and data center solutions
• Experience at a high-growth startup delivering integrated infrastructure platforms
• Exposure to enterprise procurement and OpEx/CapEx buying motions
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or RAG pipelines
• MBA or advanced technical degree
