Senior Director of Product Management – Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the developer experience platform, including Developer Studio and Test Studio.
• Transform functional tooling into an AI-enabled experience that is intuitive and engaging for developers, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting high standards for product craft and execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive alignment and delivery.
• Define and own key success metrics such as time-to-value, integration success, and adoption rates.
• Evangelize the DX vision internally and externally to senior leadership and the broader industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling developer-facing products like developer portals, APIs, documentation, or sandbox environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally at scale and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring product impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort in executive-level discussions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-assisted developer experiences, such as intelligent assistance or guided onboarding.
• Background in fintech, payments, or API-first platform businesses.
• Experience supporting or scaling a global partner ecosystem.
• Exposure to industry-recognized or award-winning digital product experiences.
