Senior Director of Product, Engagement

HelloFresh has spent nearly fifteen years perfecting the home cooking experience, and is now extending that expertise beyond the weekly meal kit to become a daily kitchen companion for any home cook.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across discovery, loyalty, and referral domains
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of approximately 4 Directors and Associate Directors
• Manage a hybrid operating environment including traditional squads and specialized AI-enabled incubator squads
• Set prioritization frameworks balancing near-term business milestones with long-term bets
• Own key results including DAU, habit formation, LTV, retention, and referral-driven acquisition
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and CRM leadership
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for C-level leadership
• Drive an iterative, experiment-first culture

Requirements

• Track record of building B2C products at scale
• Experience managing and developing product managers
• Experience leading a scaled organization of product managers and cross-functional teams
• Experience in food or high-connection consumer categories
• Customer-obsessed product judgment and bias toward iterative delivery
• Executive presence for C-level stakeholder management
• Fluency in modern AI capabilities and their application to customer experience
• Experience collaborating with marketing and CRM teams
