About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and own integrated marketing strategy across lead generation, paid media, AdOps, events, lifecycle/email, creative, brand, social, community and podcast
- Build a revenue-centered marketing engine to increase qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and client acquisition
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to improve lead quality and sales enablement
- Lead paid media and AdOps strategy, ensuring campaigns are optimized and tied to commercial outcomes
- Own lifecycle and email marketing strategy, including segmentation and nurture programs
- Drive event and membership-related marketing efforts
- Elevate creative execution across video, design, and brand storytelling
- Implement clear marketing processes, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems
- Hire, coach, and manage marketing leaders and specialists
- Apply AI and automation to improve campaign execution and team efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of integrated marketing leadership experience
- Strong sales-centered marketing experience with impact on revenue and pipeline
- Proven success leading lead generation strategy in high-growth environments
- Hands-on understanding of paid media, AdOps, and performance reporting
- Significant experience with email and lifecycle marketing
- Experience leading creative teams across video and design
- Strong process orientation and ability to build scalable systems
- Practical fluency with AI and marketing technology
- Proven ability to hire and develop high-performing talent
