Responsibilities

  • Translate company-wide business objectives into actionable, holistic, and channel-integrated paid media strategies
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in executive-level discussions around growth, revenue, and marketing investment
  • Lead, mentor, and scale paid media teams responsible for performance marketing and brand-building campaigns
  • Set strategy and activation roadmaps across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, and Linear/CTV
  • Establish a rigorous test-and-learn framework to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Define and own the measurement philosophy and attribution approach, including MMM and incrementality testing
  • Partner with creative, data, product, and finance teams to ensure integrated programs
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships and direct publisher partnerships

Requirements

  • 10+ years of paid media experience
  • Significant experience in senior or director-level roles with full channel ownership
  • Demonstrated experience working with apps and/or marketplace businesses
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA
  • Hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and video channels
  • Strong command of advanced measurement approaches (MMM, incrementality, attribution modeling)
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with leading analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
