Senior Director of Operations and Planning

Responsibilities

• Build and scale operational infrastructure and process systems to support sustainable organizational growth
• Manage internal organizational priorities in close partnership with the Executive Director
• Mentor and support the director-level team to foster professional development
• Coordinate cross-program activities to ensure seamless organizational execution
• Map and maintain clear decision-making authority across the organization
• Develop nimble documentation and systems to support partners and the mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in building operational infrastructure
• Strong background in process system management and organizational planning
