Responsibilities

  • Set national brand strategy and positioning to grow awareness among homeowners and guests
  • Govern brand standards, identity, voice, and visual standards across the franchise network
  • Steward the franchise marketing fund, including strategy, budgeting, and ROI reporting
  • Drive homeowner awareness and supply through brand-level demand generation
  • Drive guest demand and direct bookings via SEO, paid media, and lifecycle/CRM strategy
  • Partner with website teams on digital strategy, content, and conversion optimization
  • Enable the franchise network with turnkey marketing playbooks and AI-powered tools
  • Build and manage a lean martech and content stack using AI and automation
  • Own marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, owner LTV, and booking conversion
  • Lead and develop a high-leverage marketing team and external agency partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing with 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven track record of owning brand and performance/demand generation at scale
  • Experience in multi-location, franchise, marketplace, hospitality, travel, or real estate environments
  • Experience managing a franchise marketing fund or pooled marketing budget
  • Proficiency in paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and attribution
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt AI and automation in marketing workflows
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, lean environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vacation rental or PropTech experience
  • Franchise development exposure
  • PR and communications expertise
