About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Learning Program team by prioritizing projects and guiding instructional material development
- Collaborate with CUNY Project management team to ensure vendor and internal team alignment
- Review course content for sound pedagogical and instructional design practices
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on curriculum design and online instructional design strategies
- Manage projects to ensure they are on-time, on-budget, and within scope
- Research innovative instructional design, technology practices, and delivery strategies
- Monitor key course performance indicators in collaboration with the Evaluation Team
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- Four years of progressively responsible experience
- One year of experience at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, or social services organization
- Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Director of Social Services
