About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Learning Program team by prioritizing projects and guiding instructional material development
  • Collaborate with CUNY Project management team to ensure vendor and internal team alignment
  • Review course content for sound pedagogical and instructional design practices
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on curriculum design and online instructional design strategies
  • Manage projects to ensure they are on-time, on-budget, and within scope
  • Research innovative instructional design, technology practices, and delivery strategies
  • Monitor key course performance indicators in collaboration with the Evaluation Team

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience
  • One year of experience at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, or social services organization
  • Must be permanent (not provisional) in the Civil Service title of Administrative Director of Social Services
