Senior Director of HR

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional HR leaders in EMEA and APJ to ensure global alignment of HR strategies and best practices.
• Act as a strategic bridge between business functions and Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards).
• Provide high-level HRBP support to the Customer Success and Corporate Functions organizations, advising on org design and change management.
• Direct and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including Employee Relations and HR Operations.
• Lead regional operational excellence for the Americas, ensuring legal compliance and cultural health across the US and Brazil.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate functional effectiveness and guide strategic planning.
• Leverage Workday and ServiceNow to automate workflows and improve regional user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Finance (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in leading HRBP teams and HR Operations.
• Proven track record of managing HR functions specifically for the Americas.
• Deep proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Exceptional ability to navigate matrixed environments and collaborate across different time zones.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and international peers.
