Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish scalable governance, policies, and decision frameworks
• Lead procurement transformation and maturity roadmap
• Design and develop the procurement organization and talent pipeline
• Own procurement budget governance, long-term cost structure, and financial performance
• Drive strategic sourcing, value analysis, and long-term partnerships
• Lead strategic supplier partnerships and oversee risk mitigation
• Manage geopolitical, regulatory, and capacity risks
• Lead digitalization and reporting roadmap
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in global procurement or supply chain
• Proven experience in beauty, FMCG, or contract manufacturing
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, and digital tools
• Strong executive presence and change leadership
• High emotional intelligence and strong people leadership
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
