Senior Director of FP&A

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial models
• Build and lead a world-class FP&A team and establish financial infrastructure
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial scenarios and capital allocation
• Drive board and investor reporting by translating operational data into financial narratives
• Act as a business partner across Engineering, Operations, and Sales to own P&L variance analysis
• Lead IPO readiness efforts and develop public-company-grade reporting processes
• Own the build-out of FP&A systems and integration with ERP platforms like NetSuite
• Develop KPI frameworks and financial performance dashboards

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a senior leadership or director role
• Proven track record building FP&A functions at high-growth tech or pre-IPO companies
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Experience partnering with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in NetSuite and other ERP systems
• Ability to hire and develop high-performing finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, AI/ML, or capital-intensive tech
• Prior exposure to IPO readiness or S-1 preparation
• Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional environments
• Experience scaling FP&A tooling in partnership with engineering teams
• Big 4 or investment banking background
