Senior Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams across different product areas
• Build AI-first product analytics for the next generation of software
• Hire, coach, and build a culture of ownership and pride
• Shape product direction alongside Product and Design teams
• Set the technical bar and empower tech leads
• Drive technical strategy and evolve foundational capabilities
• Partner with Design, Product, and GTM to bring capabilities to market

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 4+ years leading engineering teams of 50+ including managing managers
• Proven track record building and shipping customer-facing web applications at scale
• Experience building AI-powered products in production
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and designers
• Strong judgment in technical tradeoffs
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex org structures
• High ownership, accountability, and product instinct
• Practical and curious use of AI tools
